An echo is a sound or series of sounds caused by the reflection of sound waves from a surface back to the listener.

In a therapeutic sense, it symbolizes the reflection and responsive nature of the therapeutic process.
As humans, we can be resistant to change, wanting to stay in what is comfortable, even if it hurts. We sometimes need to hear the same thing, in different ways, to be able to process the fears associated with growth.

Our mission is for our group to be your echo. To guide you, support you, acknowledge you, and heal with you until you hear the future version of yourself calling you forward.
